Richard (Dick) Kloster is currently President, Advanced Rail Equipment Solutions, a private transportation consulting company specializing in rail transportation equipment markets. He has an extensive background in marketing, business development, asset management, operations and sales in the rail industry; spending more than 15 years with a major rail equipment leasing company, and 10 years with several railroads, managing functions responsible for domestic and global research and market intelligence, fleet/competitor analysis, market forecasting, new market development, strategic planning and operations.
