2. I can't remember my password. What can I do?
Answer: Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on either the top or bottom of this page and it will ask you to enter your username. Once this is done, it will e-mail you a link. You will need to then go into your e-mail and click on this link (or copy it into your browser). You will then be prompted to update your password. It is just that easy.
3. How do I order your reports and services?

a. We suggest that you order directly from our website by viewing the "order products" page. This will allow you to easily see that we have to offer and allow you to purchase these items online in a secure environment and get access to these items immediately if paying by credit card.
b. If you need to pay by check or purchase order you can still order online. The only difference is that you will not have access to the online reports and services until payment is received and processed.
c. You may also call in your order to 888-988-1699 ext. 1 and we will be happy to take your order.
4. What forms of payment do your receive?
Answer: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks, and Purchase Orders. All of these can be handled when you order online. Just follow the instructions from the online order form.
